Bus is the easiest way to get to Niseko, taking around 2 hours. There are 3 bus companies Chuo, Donan and Goodsports Whiteliner. You can purchase tickets on arrival at the bus information counter in the airportˇ¦s arrivals hall. All signs are in English and can be easily located on arrival.
Here is the routes you need to take:
Get the Prefectural Raod No.16 from The New Chitose Airport => change to National Route No.276 (via the BifuePass) => change to Prefectural Road No.97 => lastly get on Prefectural Road No.66.
And Prefectural Road No.66 will take you through to Niseko.

If you drive with caution, you will have a lot of fun and get off the beaten track. Car rental companies will require an International Drivers License and a credit card with passport ID. Here are suggested car rental companies:

By Shuttle Bus
You can easily get to the 4 respective regions, which can be combined together to form The Niseko United resort, by the following shuttle buses services.
Available from November to May
This bus operates between Annupuri, Higashiyama and Hirafu. It is free for AllMountainPass holdersand is 500yen per trip for those without a pass.

Available from December to April (daily from 0830 ˇV 2100)
The Hirafu village Grand Shuttle bus will get you a lift to and from the lifts and around the HirafuVillage as well.

If you want to get to The Hanazono area from Hirafu, or vice versa, The Hanazono Courtesy Bus is goning to be your best choice. However, keep in mind that there are only a few services in the day.

Free night bus service between Hirafu and Kutchan.
